Ari has dedicated 14 years of daily, committed study and practice to Energy Healing, Meditation and Mindfulness-based stress reduction. As part of her own dedicated practice, she began coaching others and attaining certifications in various modalities and studies of Eastern Medicine. In 2018 she was initiated into the Kriya Yoga Institute in Los Angeles to become a Fellow as one of the few members who entered through their own dedicated practice, without a trained mentor.
Through the use of various modalities, Ari developed her own method which she has been facilitating clients with to lead them through their own healing journey. This is Ari's own proprietary method.
Ari's natural abilities include being an intuitive, medium, claircognizant and channel. Her natural abilities come to light in private sessions with her clients which offers a truly unique experience.
She has the ability to "see" one's true inner spirit and any dissonance from it, inner child traumas including the age in which they occurred, anscrestral and past life traumas brough to be healed in this life, as well as receive intuitive and mediumship messages for her clients.
She is also able to "see" physical and emotional blocks energy blocks in the body and perceive auric energies as well as use a variety of methods for their clearing.
She not only helps her clients with physical symptoms but also with relief from emotional traumas and discomforts such as anxiety, PTSD, feeling lost in life, disconnection from ones true self and purpose, digestive issues, stress, unhappiness, fear, sadness and so much more.
In 2016 she began coaching the healthcare industry, corporations, and schools in trained and self-developed mindfulness techniques with the aim of helping these industries reduce their high burnout, manage daily stressors, create peace, and recognize negative emotions such as fear and anxiety. By 2020 she wanted to bring the techniques she taught to anyone who was interested. The result was her book: 'Daily Mindful Activities for Parents and Children: 365 Techniques for Bringing Peace into Everyday Life'. The book offers techniques she’s taught for years in daily activities designed to help parents reclaim their natural state of mindfulness, regain their sense of awareness in everyday life and engage their children while giving them the tools to cope with stress and anxiety.
Today, she exclusively works one-on-one with clients and in small group (up to 5) healing circles.
